What to include

You do not need a formal brief. The more of this you can tell us, the more useful the first reply will be:

What you are trying to change, and by when.
What exists now, a URL is usually enough.
What has already been tried and did not work.
Roughly what budget range you are working inside.

Why we ask about budget early

Naming a range does not mean paying more. It means we can tell you in one reply whether the outcome you want is reachable at that level, and if it is not, what a smaller first step would look like. Projects go wrong far more often from an unrealistic budget than from an ambitious one. If you would rather check the arithmetic first, the starting prices are published.

What happens next

A person reads your message and replies within one working day, usually the same day if it arrives during our hours. That reply contains an actual answer, a scope, a price range, or an honest reason we are not the right fit, rather than a link to a calendar.

Enquiries we are not right for

Said plainly, because it saves everyone time. We are not the right partner for one-off tasks that need no context, for work that has to start tomorrow with no discovery, or for engagements where the outcome cannot be defined well enough to be measured. We are also not a fit if you need us to publish claims or figures we cannot verify, that is a line we hold on every project, and it is the same line that keeps the case studies free of numbers nobody can trace.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Within one working day, and usually the same day if your message arrives Sunday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 UTC+6. A person reads it; there is no automated qualification sequence.

Do I need a brief before contacting you?

No. A paragraph describing what is not working is enough. If a formal brief would help, we will send back the three or four questions that actually matter rather than a template.

Will you tell me if we are not a good fit?

Yes, in the first reply. It costs us a fee and saves you a quarter, and it is the reason people come back to us later with something we are right for.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, and we are happy to sign yours rather than insisting on our own.
