What OveliTHub does

We build websites and custom software, run search and paid campaigns, design brands and creative systems, and staff support and back-office desks. Six disciplines, delivered by one team on one contract, with one named person accountable for the outcome rather than for their department’s share of it.

Why six disciplines sit under one roof

Most problems clients arrive with are not contained inside a single discipline. The site is slow, the campaign is expensive, the brand looks older than the business, and each one is making the other two worse. Bought from four suppliers, somebody has to hold the seams between them, and that somebody is usually the client. Under one roof, the person planning the campaign can talk to the person building the landing page, and neither can blame the other for the result.

How an engagement runs

Agree the outcome, agree how it will be measured, agree who owns each part, then work in visible increments. That shape is the same whether the work is a five-page website or a full-time support desk, and it is the reason a distributed team can be held to a delivery date.

  • A named owner on our side and one named contact on yours. No shared inbox, no account manager relaying questions to someone you never meet.
  • Progress you can see on a staging URL or in a live report, rather than a weekly summary you have to decode.
  • Changes priced before they are made, not absorbed quietly and paid for in a missed deadline.
  • Handover as a deliverable: admin access, documentation and training at the end of every project.

Ownership is not negotiable and never has been. Domains, hosting, code, analytics, ad platforms and content stay in your name throughout, and our access is removed at handover unless you keep us on a support plan. Pricing follows scope rather than a rate card, and the starting figures are published on the offers and pricing page instead of being held back for a call.

Where we work, and when

The team is in Dhaka, UTC+6, working Sunday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. That gives roughly five hours of live overlap with a Central European day, three to four with London, about seven with the Gulf, and about four with an Australian east-coast morning. With US Eastern hours it gives none, so for US clients the overlap window is agreed at kickoff rather than discovered in week three.

A Sunday-to-Friday week has one practical effect worth stating: work often lands before a Western Monday rather than after it.

What we will not do

  • Publish a figure we cannot trace. Not in a proposal, not in a case study, not on this website. Where a client has not confirmed a number, the work is described in words instead.
  • Take work we do not think we can do well. Declining costs us a fee and saves you a quarter.
  • Hold your accounts hostage. If you leave, you leave with everything, including the history.

Where we are now

OveliTHub started trading in 2021. The team is twenty-three people across the six disciplines, all of them in Dhaka, and more than 130 projects have been delivered since the first one.

Those three numbers are worth reading together rather than separately. Twenty-three people across six disciplines means most disciplines are a small team rather than a department, which is the reason work here is done by the person who scoped it instead of being handed down a chain. It is also the reason we turn work down: there is no bench to keep busy, so taking a project we are not right for costs somebody else’s project rather than filling a gap.

The project count is ours, counted by us, and we would rather say so than dress it up as an audited figure. What is checkable is the work itself — the case studies name the client, the service and what was actually built, and the ones we cannot describe without a figure nobody has confirmed are described in words instead.

What we are still working on

Two things, stated because a page like this is usually silent about them. The first is depth of published evidence: several sectors we work in have no case study on this site yet, and until they do, those pages describe how we would approach the work rather than claiming we already have. The second is the team page, which currently profiles four of the twenty-three in full; the rest are being written up in the same format rather than reduced to a photograph and a job title.

Why OveliTHub is run the way it is

Most owners come to us with a shopping list, a new site, more traffic, better branding, when what they actually need is a decision about which of those would change the numbers.

Every engagement here starts with that decision. We say plainly which parts of a brief are worth paying for, and we would rather lose a piece of scope than deliver it and watch the enquiries stay flat.

We are deliberately one team rather than four suppliers . The person planning the campaign can talk to the person building the site, and neither can blame the other for the result.

Everything we build has to be editable by your team, documented well enough to survive a handover, and free of any dependency you cannot leave.
  • A named person accountable for your account, not a shared inbox
  • Scope we can justify, and a plain no to the parts we cannot
  • Systems your own team can run after the handover
