Nothing here that fits? Send a speculative application and tell us what you would want to be doing.
How we hire
A short application, a conversation, and a paid exercise where the role needs one. We do not ask for unpaid trial projects or speculative work, and we reply either way, including when the answer is no, which is the part most companies skip.
Applications go to a person, not a filter. If your CV does not fit the shape we asked for, tell us in the last box why you are worth reading anyway; that box has got people hired before.
How we work
Remote, Sunday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 UTC+6, with overlap windows agreed per client rather than assumed. Work is documented as it is made, which is what lets people take leave without a project stalling, and what lets somebody new pick up a project in a morning instead of a fortnight.
You are given one discipline to own rather than a queue of tickets from four. That is the whole reason the agency is organised the way it is, and it applies internally as much as it does to clients.
What we look for
- People who say the unwelcome thing early. The most valuable person on a project is the one who flags the problem in week one rather than week six.
- People who write things down. A distributed team runs on what is written, not on what was said in a call nobody recorded.
- People who can explain their work to a client. Not simplified, explained. If you can tell a shop owner why their checkout is slow without using the word “cache”, you will do well here.
- People who finish. The last ten per cent is the part clients actually see.
What you can expect from us
- A reply, always. Every application is read and answered, usually within a week.
- Paid exercises only. If we ask you to do work, we pay for the work.
- Honest feedback if you ask for it. Say so in your application and you will get it, whichever way the decision goes.
- Your name on your work. Team profiles on this site carry real people, not stock photographs and invented job titles.
