What this page covers

The questions that come up before a project starts: ownership, cost, timelines, communication and what happens when something changes. Each service page carries its own FAQ for the specifics of that discipline; this page is the version that applies to all five.

Cost, timelines and communication

Pricing is by scope after a discovery conversation and fixed for the scope agreed. Starting figures for every service are published on the pricing page in US dollars. Timelines follow the same principle: a focused website build runs in weeks rather than months, a marketing engagement is measured in quarters because that is how long the channels take to produce data worth acting on. Communication is weekly by default with a named contact on each side, and everything decided is written down. If you want a different rhythm, say so and we will match it.

Data protection and contracts

When we handle personal data on your behalf, support queues, form entries, CRM records; we act as a processor and you remain the controller. Article 28(3) of the UK GDPR requires that relationship to be governed by a binding written contract, and the Information Commissioner’s Office explains when one is needed. We put that contract in place before any data reaches us, alongside an NDA if you want one. This is a description of how we work rather than legal advice; your own counsel should review anything you sign.

Where the more precise answers live

Each service carries its own FAQ covering the specifics of that discipline, so if your question is about a build, a campaign or a desk, the service page will answer it more precisely than this one can. If it is not answered anywhere, send it, the questions people ask twice end up on this page.

FAQ

Working with OveliTHub

Which service is right for my business?

Start from what you are trying to change rather than from the menu. Traffic arriving without enquiries is usually a website and conversion problem; a good site nobody finds is a marketing problem; looking smaller or older than you are is a branding problem; a team buried in repeatable work is a BPO problem; and a process held together by a spreadsheet is a software problem. Describe the symptom and we will tell you which one it is, including when it is not the one you expected.

Can I buy more than one service?

Yes, and it is the reason the six sit together. When the site, the campaign pointing at it and the desk answering the enquiries come from one team, nobody has to hold the seams between them. You still get one contract, one named owner and one invoice.

How much does a project cost?

Starting prices are published for every service: websites from $400, custom software from $550, marketing retainers from $300 a month, branding from $220, BPO desks from $350 per agent per month, and a sequenced launch from $790. All in US dollars. Those are starting figures for the scope described; after a discovery conversation the quote is fixed for what was agreed.

How quickly can a project start?

Usually within one to two weeks of the scope being agreed. What sets the date is rarely our availability; it is content readiness, access to accounts, and how quickly decisions get made on your side. We will tell you the realistic date rather than the flattering one.

Who owns the work?

You do, throughout. Domains, hosting, source code, the Git repository, CMS admin, analytics and advertising accounts are created in your name from day one. Our access is removed at handover unless you keep us on a support plan, and if you leave, the history leaves with you.

Will I be able to edit the website myself?

Yes. Every build above the entry tier ships with a CMS, written documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Text, images, prices and pages never need a developer. Structural changes sometimes do, and we will tell you which is which rather than letting you find out.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes, and it is priced separately rather than assumed. Website care covers core, theme and plugin updates, backups, uptime and Core Web Vitals monitoring, security patching and a monthly note on what changed. Software engagements carry a support window agreed in writing before the build starts.

What happens if the requirements change mid-project?

They get re-scoped and priced before anyone starts on them. A change is either worth its cost or it is not, and that is a decision you should get to make with a number in front of you rather than one absorbed quietly and paid for in a missed deadline.

How do you handle our data?

Where we process personal data on your behalf, support queues, form entries, CRM records; we act as a processor and you remain the controller. UK GDPR Article 28 terms, Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK IDTA where data leaves the UK or EEA are signed before any data reaches us. We are also happy to sign your NDA rather than insisting on our own.

Where is the team, and what hours do you work?

Dhaka, UTC+6, Sunday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. That gives several hours of live overlap with the UK, EU, Gulf and Australia, and none with US Eastern hours, so for US clients the overlap window is agreed at kickoff rather than discovered later. A Sunday-to-Friday week means work often lands before a Western Monday.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. The entry tiers exist for exactly that, and a smaller first step is frequently what we recommend even when a bigger budget is available. If a quarter of the budget answers the question the whole budget was going to answer, that is the honest place to start.

Will you tell us if you are not the right fit?

In the first reply. Declining a project costs us a fee and saves you a quarter, and it is why people come back later with something we are right for. The same applies during a project: if a piece of scope will not move a number you care about, you will hear it before you pay for it.
