Custom themes, not page builders — no licence to keep renewing and nothing to unpick later. Speed and accessibility are signed off before launch, not after.
What we do
Six services, one delivery team, one named contact
Every page states what the service covers, what it does not, what it starts from and how long it takes — before it asks you for anything.
What we do
Six services, one delivery team
Each service stands on its own. Buying a second one from the same team means nobody has to hold the seam between them — which is where most of the cost and most of the blame usually lands.
Only the part no off-the-shelf product covers gets built. Everything else is bought, because rebuilding what you could licence is the expensive mistake here.
Published retainers, no auto-renewal, and the ad account stays in your name. Judged on what a qualified enquiry costs you, not on traffic.
You get the working files, in every format, contrast-checked — and the brand built into the website rather than left in a PDF nobody opens twice.
The procedure is written before the first agent is hired — then stated hours, a monthly quality score, and a signed data agreement.
Nothing gets built before you need it — brand, site, accounts, then first campaigns, in that order, so you are not paying for step four during step one.

What this page is for
OveliTHub sells six services: website development, custom software development, digital marketing, branding and creative design, BPO services and digital business launching. This page is the index. It exists to route you to the right one, to show how two of them work together when you buy both, and to answer the commercial questions, price, timeline, ownership, before you have to ask a person.
The six service lines
Website development
Website development covers marketing sites, WordPress and headless CMS builds, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, and custom applications such as portals and quoting tools. Every build is measured against Core Web Vitals thresholds and checked against WCAG 2.2 AA before launch, and the repository and admin accounts are transferred at handover. Starting price is $400, in US dollars; larger builds are quoted on scope.
Custom software development
Custom software development covers internal tools, client portals, integrations and automation, the workflows no off-the-shelf product quite fits. The first deliverable is a written buy-versus-build split, because the cheapest version of most software briefs is the one where two thirds of it is bought rather than written.
Digital marketing
Digital marketing covers SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and content, run as one programme against a single number: what a qualified enquiry costs. Retainers start at $300 a month, advertising spend excluded and paid by you directly to the platforms.
Branding and creative design
Branding and creative design covers identity, brand systems, design systems and the creative that campaigns and websites are then built from. Starting price is $220, in US dollars, for a logo, palette, typography and a usage guide; fuller work is quoted on scope.
BPO services
BPO services covers outsourced support and back-office desks with documented SOPs, stated coverage hours, UK GDPR Article 28 processor terms and monthly QA scoring. A part-time desk starts at $350 per agent per month.
Digital business launching
Digital business launching is the sequencing service: positioning, a minimum identity, a site that can take and measure an enquiry, the accounts and tracking behind it, and a first campaign on one channel, in that order, with one owner across all of it. It exists because most launch failures are order-of-operations failures rather than execution failures.
Which service do you need first?
Start from the question the work is meant to answer rather than from the label on the service. Most briefs sort themselves out in one line.
- Traffic arrives but enquiries do not, start with website development and the conversion path, not with more traffic.
- The site is fine but nobody finds it, start with digital marketing and search visibility.
- You look smaller or older than you are, start with branding and creative design.
- Your team is buried in repeatable work, start with BPO services and process documentation.
- A process only your business runs is held together by a spreadsheet, start with custom software.
- You are launching something new, start with digital business launching, which sequences brand, site and first demand rather than buying all three at once.
How engagements are structured
Project work, websites, software, branding, is quoted as a fixed price for an agreed scope, with changes costed before they are made. Ongoing work, marketing and BPO, runs monthly with a stated minimum term and no auto-renewal. Every engagement names one owner on our side who is accountable for the outcome.
What things cost
Pricing is by scope after a discovery conversation, and fixed for the scope agreed. The starting figures for every service line are published on the offers and pricing page, in US dollars, so you can rule us out in thirty seconds rather than after two calls. Marketing retainers carry a three-month minimum and a full-funnel programme a six-month minimum, because search and paid channels need time to produce data worth reading.
The standards we build to
Public benchmarks, not internal opinion. Google Core Web Vitals set the performance thresholds a page is measured against: Largest Contentful Paint within 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint of 200 milliseconds or less, and Cumulative Layout Shift of 0.1 or less, at the 75th percentile of real page loads. Accessibility follows WCAG 2.2 at level AA. Reporting is configured before work starts so there is a baseline rather than a number with nothing behind it.
Who we work with
Startups, established small and mid-sized businesses, and in-house teams inside larger organisations who need a discipline they do not have. Sector experience is published as industry pages, each of which either links the work behind the claim or says plainly that the experience is adjacent rather than direct.
Where to go next
Offers and pricing has the figures. The case studies are the honest version of the portfolio. The FAQ answers ownership, pricing and timelines in one page, and the team page shows who you would actually be working with.
Why these six sit together

Most businesses do not buy a website, a campaign and a support desk from one place because a bundle is cheaper. They do it because the seams between three suppliers are where the work goes wrong: the campaign points at a page nobody optimised, the enquiries land in an inbox nobody owns, and each supplier can prove the problem is one of the others.
One team removes the seam rather than the invoice. The six services here are the ones that genuinely interlock — what you sell, how it is found, how it looks, who answers, what runs underneath, and how a new business gets all of it in the right order.
How to choose between them
- Traffic arriving without enquiries is usually a website and conversion problem
- A good site nobody finds is a marketing problem
- A team buried in repeatable work is a BPO problem
- A process held together by a spreadsheet is a software problem
Every service page publishes its starting price and its specification. Offers and pricing puts all six figures on one page, and the FAQ answers ownership, timelines and what happens when scope changes.
Before you get in touch
Two things decide whether buying more than one service is worth it: whether one contract genuinely means one owner, and whether the team delivering each part talks to the others without you in the middle. Both are worth asking about directly, and both are answerable with names.
Before you ask for a quote
Tell us what is not working. You get an answer, not a booking link
A paragraph is enough to start. A person reads it and replies within one working day with a scope, a price and an honest view of whether the work is worth doing at all.
