How Atiah Ferdaus works with clients

Most social accounts do not have a content problem. They have a calendar problem: good posts, made in a rush, in a different voice each week, whenever someone remembers.

So the first month is usually about building the system rather than the posts — themes, a calendar, and a short brief anyone on the team can follow.
Once that exists, the creative work gets easier and the account starts to sound like one brand instead of five people.
02

Where I am usually involved

  • 01Calendar systems that make posting predictable rather than reactive
  • 02Creative briefs, so each asset has a purpose before it is designed
  • 03Brand consistency across every platform and touchpoint
  • 04Reading engagement signals to decide what to make more of
03

The principles I hold to

A social plan has to fit the team that will run it. A calendar that assumes daily video from a client with no camera is a plan that quietly stops in week three.

Engagement is a signal, not a scoreboard. It tells us which subject earned attention; the job is to turn that into the next piece of content, not into a screenshot.
Consistency beats volume. A brand that posts three times a week in one voice reads as more established than one that posts daily in five.
The case studies show campaigns that ran to plan, and the services overview explains how social engagements are scoped. To talk through a calendar, get in touch.
