Lead Digital Marketing
MD Mamun
I turn traffic into measurable demand, keywords, campaigns, landing pages and reporting pointed at one number: what an enquiry costs you.

Profile
What I do here
I plan and run the demand side: SEO, Google and Meta campaigns, the landing pages they point at, and the reporting that says whether any of it worked. Traffic is the easiest number to move and the least useful to be judged on, so the number I work against is what a qualified enquiry costs.
How I work with a client
The first thing I ask for is a definition of a good month in your own words, then the numbers behind it: enquiry volume, what a customer is worth, close rate, and how long the sale takes. Without those, a budget figure is a guess wearing a spreadsheet.
Then we agree what would count as working, before anything launches. If we cannot say beforehand what success looks like, we are buying activity and calling it strategy.
Practical wins
-
Reported on profit, not impressions
Every retainer report leads with cost per customer and the margin behind it. A campaign that doubles clicks and halves margin is a campaign that lost money.
-
Media budget paid direct
Clients pay Google and Meta from accounts in their own name. We take no cut of the spend, which is the only way a budget recommendation can be trusted.
-
Turned off more than was turned on
The first month of most accounts is subtraction: keywords that never converted, audiences that overlapped, and placements nobody chose.
-
Tracking fixed before spend increased
There is no point buying more traffic into a funnel that cannot tell you which half worked. Measurement first, budget second.
Strengths
Role-specific strengths
What Mamun is actually good at, rather than a list of everything the agency does.
Matching the keyword to the page
Most underperforming campaigns are a page problem wearing a bidding costume. The advert asked one question and the landing page answers another.
Setting up measurement before spending
GA4, Search Console and conversion tracking verified before launch. Half of "the campaign is not working" is "the conversion was never recorded".
Reporting somebody can act on
Enquiries and cost per enquiry first. Impressions belong in the appendix.
On your project
Where this role touches your work
Named points in a project rather than a general promise of involvement, so you know who to expect and when.
-
01
Before the brief is finished
To say whether the goal is reachable at that budget, and what it would take if it is not.
-
02
The first six weeks
Setting up measurement properly, because everything after it depends on the baseline being real.
-
03
Monthly, thereafter
Reading the data with the client rather than sending a report to interpret alone.

Work from this discipline. Where a study names the person who led it, it says so on the study itself.
Google Ads and Shopping: ManCave
Shopping results are matched from product data, not from keywords, so the campaign work started in the feed rather than in the bidding.

Meta advertising: ManCave
In a category where the buyer has not yet decided they have a problem, direct response alone has nothing to capture, so positioning came…

What Mamun will tell you, including when it is unwelcome
The positions that cost us work sometimes. They are here because they are the ones worth knowing before you hire anybody.
-
Your budget may be the wrong lever
If a page converts at half what it should, more spend buys more of the same loss. The first month often belongs on the page, not on impressions.
-
Some keywords are not worth winning
A broad term with no buying intent produces traffic, a nicer chart and no revenue. I will argue for the smaller term that converts.
-
A figure only goes in a report if I can say where it came from
And what decision it should change. Anything that fails that test is decoration.
